Refund Policy

At EIC Texas, we take pride in delivering high-quality, value-driven services to students, job seekers, and employer partners. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every interaction. Please review our refund policy below for information on cancellations, rescheduling, and eligibility for refunds.

 

 

1. Student Services (Career Coaching, Resume Reviews, Interview Prep, etc.)

    •    Refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

    •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be eligible for one-time rescheduling.

    •    No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

    •    All refund requests must be sent in writing to: info@eictexas.com

 

 

2. Employer Services (Hiring Events, Talent Pipeline Access, Workshops, etc.)

    •    Deposits on employer services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement.

    •    Full or partial refunds may be considered only in the event of service failure as defined in the partnership contract.

    •    All employer cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date to be eligible for any potential refund or credit.

 

 

3. Digital Products or Downloads

    •    Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides or templates), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or delivered.

    •    If you experience technical issues accessing the file, please contact us immediately for support.

 

 

4. Refund Processing

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

    •    We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the policy is being abused.
