The Full Story
I graduated with a degree in musical theatre and business management... not exactly the traditional path into business or recruiting. At the time, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I just knew I loved people, I loved performing, and I craved purpose in my work. Like so many college students, I felt the pressure to figure it all out but lacked a clear roadmap.
That uncertainty led me to explore new opportunities, and eventually, I discovered a passion for human resources and career development. I took on roles that allowed me to serve both students and employers; first workforce development then in university recruiting. I saw firsthand how career education is often missing from the conversations happening in high schools and colleges. I became SHRM-CP certified in 2025, and that helped me gain the confidence to unite on an executive level with organizations: I wanted to be a bridge. A bridge between early-career talent who need guidance and companies who want to invest in the next generation.
That’s why I launched EIC Texas.
I built this business to serve as a true partner, build intentional early talent pipelines and to support students in finding careers that align with their strengths and values. I believe no one builds anything great alone, including a great career.
Every partnership I form is built on trust, excellence, and mutual success. I’m honored to help shape the future of the workforce. EIC Texas is my purpose.
